Payment options

You can pay your orders via TWINT, purchase on account from Goodvibe.ch, Postfinace Card, Postfinance E-Banking or prepayment.

For technical reasons, the payment option Postfinance is not available in the month of May 2021. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

TWINT

You need to open the TWINT app on your smartphone, scan the QR code and then release the amount on your phone in a second step. The innovative Swiss payment solution is simple and straightforward. TWINT is our preferred payment method, because with TWINT we pay the lowest bank fees and don’t have to send you an invoice.

Purchase on account Goodvibe.ch

We offer our valued customers free purchase on account. For new customers, an identity and credit check is carried out in advance and the maximum order value for a first order is Fr. 200.- The total amount is due within 14 days. First orders must be paid in full before further orders can be invoiced.

After expiry of the payment deadline, we send a payment reminder, followed by reminders. Dunning fees amount to CHF 15 and 5% interest on arrears. Delinquent payers will be forwarded to our collection agency which will take legal action up to and including debt collection.

Prepayment

With the payment method prepayment we send you an invoice by e-mail. We ask you to make the payment promptly via e-banking and to use only the account details given on the payment slip.

You transfer the amount due to us and your goods will be shipped to you immediately after receipt of payment. If you’re in a hurry, you can simply send us a screenshot of your online banking order and we’ll ship it out the same business day.
You have 30 days to pay. If no payment is received within this period, your order will be deleted and cancelled by us.

Postfinance Card

In the payment screen, enter the ID number on the back of the PostFinance Card. Then you have to enter the card number from the front. From CHF 500 (limit per transaction and month), you also need the personal PIN for your card and the card reader. The amount will be debited directly from your account.

You’ll need this to pay:

  • ID and card number of your PostFinance Card
  • From CHF 500 personal PIN for your card and card reader

Postfinance e-banking

The prerequisite is that you already have an e-finance (e-banking) contract with PostFinance.

You log in with your e-finance number, password, PIN + code from the card reader and pay. If you have several accounts with Postfinance, you can select the desired account from the list after logging in.

You only have to enter our account number: 15-401981-7 and the total amount, the company name and address will be entered automatically.

Cash payment in CHF

We are looking forward to your visit at Seebergstrasse 1. 8103 Unterengstringen. Please note our opening hours for cash payment: Monday to Friday 9.00-12.00 and 13.30 -17.30. Simply select purchase on account and come by our store.

Further information

The customer has the payment options specified in the order process at his disposal. Goodvibe reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options or to insist on payment in advance without giving reasons.
In the event of late payment by the customer, Goodvibe may charge interest on arrears of 5% per annum and a reminder fee of a maximum of CHF 15 per reminder. The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Goodvibe until full payment has been received.
