Your FAQs for Vapes

Vapes and e-cigarettes are essentially the same thing. E-cigarettes are also referred to as Vapes or Vape bars.

Disposable e-cigarettes are straightforward and user-friendly. Here’s how they work:

Battery activation:

When you take a puff on a disposable e-cigarette, the airflow activates a sensor inside it. This sensor switches on the small built-in lithium-ion battery.

Heating element (vaporiser):

The battery supplies power to the heating element (also known as an atomiser or coil). This heats up quickly and vapourises the E-Liquid.

Evaporation of the E-Liquid:

The E-Liquid in the cartridge is drawn towards the heated coil by capillary action. Upon contact with the hot coil, it vapourises and turns into a fine vapour.

Inhalation:

They inhale the vapour produced into their mouth and lungs, which triggers the continuous activation of the battery and the heating element.

Exhalation:

After inhaling, the vapour is exhaled. The vapour usually has no particular smell, or may give off a pleasant scent if desired, depending on the flavour of the E-Liquid used.

Automatic switch-off:

Many disposable e-cigarettes have an automatic shut-off function to prevent overheating and conserve battery life. The heating process is stopped after a set period of time or once a predetermined amount of vapour has been produced.

Conclusion:

Disposable e-cigarettes are designed to deliver a predetermined number of puffs or a specific amount of E-Liquid. Once the E-Liquid has been used up or the battery is flat, the Disposable e-cigarette disposed of.

There are a few signs that your Vape is running out. You may notice a slightly burnt taste, which indicates that the Liquid is running out. In addition, the LED light will flash blue or white several times to indicate that the disposable e-cigarette is nearly empty.

Charging rechargeable devices such as the Lost Mary is simple. You use a USB-C cable, just like the ones you’re used to with mobile phones. A small light on top of the device indicates that it is charging. The battery LED changes from red to blue to green whilst charging. Once charging is complete, it flashes a few times and then goes off. After about half an hour of charging, you’re ready to carry on vaping.

When your vaping device is running low, you’ll notice less vapour. It may be subtle, but pay attention to the vapour coming out of your Lost Mary Vape. If there’s less vapour, it might be time for a new device.
