6. Delivery terms
Deliveries to Switzerland:
Your order will generally be packaged and shipped via priority mail on the same business day if you order before 5:00 PM. However, this does not constitute a binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery date.

7. Retention of Title

8. Cancellation

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich. The statutory mandatory places of jurisdiction remain reserved. We also reserve the right to sue you at your ordinary court.
