We deliver as fast as possible

Shipping

Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same day from Monday to Friday via A-Post. In most cases, the parcels will be in your mailbox the following morning. Very high delivery speed is very important to us. 

We deliver free of shipping costs with A-Post. For small orders (order value less than CHF 69.-) we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 6.90.-.

The dispatch takes place exclusively within Switzerland and only to persons from 18 years. All products are 100% legal in Switzerland and can be sent by Swiss Post without any problems.

Collection

We are pleased about every customer who visits us at Seebergstrasse 1 in 8103 Unterengstringen. Just drop by during weekdays between 9:00 – 12:00  and 13:30 – 17:30. If you want to come at another time, write us an email or call us.  
 

Packing

The dispatch takes place in neutral packing (as a rule brown Stulpschachten). We use environmentally friendly filling material and recycled cardboard. Goodvibe takes sustainability into account throughout the entire value chain. 

Shipping costs

We do not charge you shipping costs for normal orders. For small orders we have to charge you a surcharge of CHF 6.90 for small quantities.  This minimum quantity surcharge includes the packaging costs and shipping by A Mail of any number of products. 

Complaints

The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately, at the latest, however, within 5 working days after receipt of the goods (in the case of cuttings within 24 hours after the first delivery attempt) and to report any defects immediately by e-mail (including photo) to kundendienst@goodvibe.ch to report. After this period, the return is no longer possible.

Returns

Returns without prior contact with us will not be processed and are considered delivered. Any warranty claims of the Purchaser shall be limited to the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty. Returns to Goodvibe are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer shall return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by Goodvibe in the Imprint to send.

Not deliverable or no collection

If the delivery cannot be delivered or is not collected by the customer, a handling fee of CHF 15 will be charged. A new shipment will be made only after receipt of payment. Goodvibe can dissolve the contract after a notice of complaint by email to the customer and by setting a reasonable deadline.
